💳 Refund & Cancellation Policy – GGT Cleaning

1. Introduction

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all cleaning services provided by GGT Cleaning (trading as SR Clean Ltd, Company No: 16559135, registered in England & Wales).

Our goal is to provide a fair and transparent process if you need to cancel or amend a booking, or if you are not satisfied with our service.

2. Customer Cancellations & Rescheduling

24 hours’ notice: You may cancel or reschedule your booking free of charge if you provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Less than 24 hours’ notice: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a fee of up to 50% of the booking value.

No access: If we cannot gain access to the property at the agreed time, or if the property is unsafe to work in, we reserve the right to charge the full booking amount.

3. Our Cancellations

If we need to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. staff illness, equipment failure), we will:

Notify you as soon as possible.

Offer an alternative appointment at a convenient time.

If rescheduling is not possible, issue a full refund of any advance payment.

4. Refunds for Unsatisfactory Service

If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of the appointment. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer one of the following:

A re-clean of the affected area at no additional cost, or

A partial refund reflecting the portion of the service not completed to a reasonable standard.

Refunds will not be issued if dissatisfaction is due to:

Pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or staining that cannot be removed

Failure to provide accurate information about the property or requirements

Issues caused by items left in the cleaning area that should have been removed before the appointment

5. Method of Refunds

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used to book (e.g. bank transfer, card payment).

Refunds will normally be issued within 7–10 business days of approval.
