2. Our Services
We provide professional cleaning services, including carpet cleaning and other domestic/commercial cleaning, as described on our website or agreed in writing with you.
3. Booking Process
Bookings can be made online, by phone, or by email.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by us.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking.
4. Pricing & Payment
Prices are displayed on our website or agreed with you before service.
Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due upon completion of the service.
We accept payment by bank transfer, card, or other approved methods.
All prices include VAT where applicable.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule your booking by giving at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booking value.
If we need to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative appointment.
6. Access to Your Property
You are responsible for providing access to the property at the agreed time.
If we cannot gain access, or if the property is unsafe to work in, we reserve the right to charge the full booking amount.
7. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate information about your property and cleaning requirements.
Ensure electricity, running water, and safe working conditions are available.
Remove fragile, valuable, or hazardous items from the areas to be cleaned.
8. Our Responsibilities
We agree to:
Carry out services with reasonable skill and care.
Use cleaning products and equipment suitable for the job.
Ensure our staff are properly trained and insured.
9. Liability
We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or poor installation of carpets, flooring, or furniture.
While we take care during cleaning, we are not liable for damage caused by items that were not removed or disclosed to us (e.g. fragile ornaments, loose fittings).
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the service provided.
Nothing in these Terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any rights under consumer law.
10. Complaints
If you are not satisfied with our service:
Please contact us within 24 hours of the service.
We will investigate and, if appropriate, arrange a re-clean or partial refund.
11. Privacy & Data Protection

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
